Pregnancy and postnatal nutrition and training, as well as mindset can be very overwhelming to navigate. There is a lot of confusion around “what to do”, “how to train” “how to eat”, “how to set goals” and we want to empower women through this stage of life and bring them confidence in it.

Who is This Coaching For?

Pregnanct women at any stage of gestation up to 32 weeks (we will continue coaching till birth or as needed but we don't recommend commencing an exercise program in your third trimester unless medically advised).

Pregnant women with no underlying major health conditions that doctors have advised not to exercise.

Postnatal women at a minimum of 6 weeks postnatal. We will also require a referral/feedback from a pelvic floor female health physiotherapist prior to doing exercise.

Prenatal -- If you are aiming to optimise your health overall PRIOR to pregnancy and gain education for getting your body ready for this chapter of life.

What Does Coaching During This Time Help with?

● Pregnancy-safe training for you specifically
● Assist you in staying mobile the entire pregnancy
● Reduce the risk of pregnancy complications such as high BP, GD, pelvic girdle pain or improved management of it, reduced thoracic and lumbar pain, improved posture and core strength, assistance with a healthy PF for childbirth and postnatal
● Assistance with gaining an appropriate amount of weight and nourishing your body with effective nutritional protocols
● Help you with healthy habits and appropriate goal-setting
● Support with mindset

You can complete training ONLY or nutrition and training support in pregnancy.

● Assist with safe return to exercise
● Strengthen your PF
● Improve your DR and recovery abdominally
● Strengthen your core safely
● Have support with mindset in the postnatal journey
● Have a support network during those harder weeks and months with a newborn
● Assist with mum hacks on optimising time-efficient meals, getting your training in and setting up a healthy lifestyle postnatal

You can complete training only or training and nutrition coaching postnatal. We require a pelivc health physio assessment at 6 weeks prior to commencing.

What Options are Best for Me?

If you are wanting training support, we suggest our gold or silver level of service so that we can apply training video feedback, especially in the postnatal space earlier on. Bronze level of service would be suited to those who are more experienced in this space and need more so accountability and support or nutritional focus. All of our VIP services are customised to your needs and goals.


Featuring the Postnatal Bible Return to Movement and Postnatal Bible Return to Exercise. These programs are bespoke programs which guide you through the early postnatal days for your return to movement and/or exercise.


An initial 1-6 week movement guide, which is 3x movement days, short 15-20 minute movement sessions, encouraging mobility, reactivation, pelvic floor programming and more. Access for 3 months.




This is a 7-16 week guide for return to exercise. Now that you have awaited for 6 weeks minimum prior to load bearing activities, this guides you back into returning to all areas of lifting. Training days 3x targeted at home training with gym options, training sessions 20-40 minutes. Access for 6 months.




Buy the full program and PAY LESS than $20 per week for support in your postnatal period, programming + the ability to ask questions and gain support. You will also get 9-month access to the programs and training app. Choose either one-time payment or monthly payment for 6 months.

I started Breakthrough in June 2020 then moved to VIP Coaching with Bec. The journey has taught me so much about nutrition, mindset and training. It really gave me something to focus on at a time when I felt like my life was falling apart.

Fast forward to now and I am eating more food than I ever have in my life and training less. I am still very social
going out for dinner/drinks most breaks but I have learnt to make smarter choices and live a more balanced life.

Working with Alice was a pleasure, she gave me the tools and guidance I needed to blossom and grow into the person I am today.

With Alice as my coach I had someone that held me accountable but that wasn’t going to kick me when I was already beating myself up but instead gave me helping hand to get back on my feet and running.

I started my journey with Team Round and my coach Sam 3 months ago. I was stuck in a cycle of binge eating to cope with stress and lost all my confidence after having my baby 2 years ago and I didn’t want to be in this anymore.

It was important for me to start making myself a priority again and set a good example for my daughter. The first month we focused on my nutrition only before introducing strength training to my program and coaching package.

I’m so proud of everything I’ve achieved so far. I’m learning how to navigate social events without stress and pressure to be perfect and stopping that all-or-nothing thinking and because of my
consistency, I’ve nearly lost 10kg, I’m feeling comfortable in my body again
and my mental health has improved so much.

I’m feeling stronger and loving the place I am at. I’m so grateful for all Sam’s support and guidance so far. I couldn’t have gotten this far without her and can’t wait to continue to work on my goals for 2022.
