Post natal exercise program once you have received your 6 week check from your doctor and pelvic floor physiotherapist.
You will require to have some basic equipment at home to perform this program.
Dumbbells, fit-ball, exercise bands long and booty bands, a bench.
Access to the program for 4 months, programming is completed in
5x 2 week training blocks = net 10 weeks of programming.
All can be completed at home with:
