I started Breakthrough in June 2020 then moved to VIP Coaching with Bec. The journey has taught me so much about nutrition, mindset and training. It really gave me something to focus on at a time when I felt like my life was falling apart.

Fast forward to now and I am eating more food than I ever have in my life and training less. I am still very social
going out for dinner/drinks most breaks but I have learnt to make smarter choices and live a more balanced life.

I am currently in preparation for the Team Round December Photoshoot and I couldn't be more excited to see what I can achieve.

I am still in shock a little bit about how well these last 10 weeks have gone for me! It has been so easy thanks to everything I have learnt about nutrition while also really taking the time to build my calories up. My lowest point in my cut was 1750 cals and felt easy to stick to!

I will be forever grateful for all of the
guidance and support Sam has showed me through my whole journey so far and I cannot wait to see what else I can achieve! Honestly Sam you have taught me so, so much and I can’t thank you enough, I really haven't loved myself like this in such a long time. I just want to scream I am loving and feeling myself
