JESS QUICK

I am a busy mum of two and am passionate about helping other mums to not feel guilt and take some time for themselves. I encourage flexibility because I understand a manic lifestyle and think life should always be enjoyed through all of its stages. I haven't always had a fitness background, my previous profession included a lot of heavy lifting and labouring which pushed me to make a change and prioritise my health and fitness, 9 years ago now! I have previously competed in the IFBB Pro League Bikini division where I gained knowledge in strength, conditioning, fat loss, and high levels of discipline. My goal as a trainer is to educate on how to live a fun and healthy lifestyle whilst still achieving your health and fitness goals
