How does it work:
- Client intake forms, goal setting for the program
- 14 day MAX turn around on your custom plan
- A-sign a preferred coach
- Coach set up initial plan + video feedback
- In app program, you have access to the program for 9 weeks
- Bonus videos on training tips, tempo and more
- BONUS will also set calories/macros to follow based on goals
- Mini check in at 4 weeks in APP, some adjustments if needed, minor macro adjustment if needed
- Final program check in/feedback
- Bonus de load program
